Job Summary

We are looking for experienced packers to join our team on the 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously packing high-end Pilates equipment to ensure it arrives safely and undamaged to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, experience with large and delicate items, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertly pack high-end Pilates equipment using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Assess and select suitable packing materials (bubble wrap, foam, boxes) based on each item’s specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely packing of orders.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that packed items meet company standards and are free from defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in packing, particularly with fitness or delicate equipment, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
