Job summary

Adidev Technologies Inc is seeking a Jr to Mid Level Machine Learning Engineer for on-site work in Edison, NJ. The role focuses on architecting and deploying ML models with an emphasis on Generative AI and guiding the data lifecycle from requirements through deployment across client projects.

Responsibilities include developing and refining ML models, managing the data lifecycle, and collaborating cross-functionally to integrate Generative AI into offerings while ensuring ethical AI practices

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrable experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or related AI domains.
• Proven experience with Generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., GANs or Transformers) in industry settings.
• Practical experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data visualization tools, and version control systems.
• Strong understanding of algorithmic complexity and data structure optimization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and refine ML models and algorithms, translating complex datasets into actionable solutions.
• Manage the full data modeling lifecycle from business requirements to deployment and monitoring.
• Conduct data analysis, preprocessing, feature engineering, and Generative AI applications.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations to integrate Generative AI models into offerings.
• Apply analytics to large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Preprocess data, engineer features, and optimize algorithms for accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to extract strategic insights.
• Stay current with ML trends including AutoML, MLOps, and interpretability frameworks.
• Promote ethical AI practices and data privacy standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Generative AI models and frameworks (eg, GANs or Transformers) in industry settings.
• Practical experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data visualization tools, and version control systems.
• Strong understanding of algorithmic complexity and data structure optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Experience developing Generative AI applications such as text generation, image synthesis, and creative AI.
• Active engagement with AI research, particularly in Generative AI, applying findings to projects.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Robust background in cloud computing and big data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with hands-on cloud-based ML services and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps for AI, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
• Ability to share knowledge and best practices in AI/ML within the team, with a focus on Generative AI.
• Commitment to ethical guidelines and data privacy standards in all AI implementations.
