AREA WIDE WATERPROOFING INC is seeking a Jr Foreman in Mokena, IL to oversee waterproofing projects, supervise crews, and ensure quality workmanship. You will monitor progress, maintain schedules and budgets, and communicate with clients.

• High school diploma or equivalent; construction management experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a construction or waterproofing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
