Job summary

TechOp Solutions International is seeking a reliable Junior FOIA Analyst to join our on-site team in Washington, DC, supporting processing and management of FOIA and Privacy Act requests for government clients. You will help ensure timely, accurate responses and maintain documentation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and experience with FOIA or similar admin work, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and FOIA tracking software.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 6 months FOIA processing or 2 years admin experience.
  • Knowledge of FOIA and Privacy Act regulations and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with FOIA tracking software.
  • Ability to work on-site and U.S. Citizenship required; security clearances may be needed.

Job description

TechOp Solutions International is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior FOIA Analyst to join our on-site team. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TechOp, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25.00 - 28.00 per hour.
