Artha is seeking a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer in Austin to design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will implement IaC with Terraform, Pulumi, and Ansible, enable GitOps workflows, and optimize for AI/ML workloads with GPU-aware Kubernetes clusters.

You will develop secure CI/CD pipelines with SAST/DAST, manage Secrets, and contribute to MLOps lifecycle management while ensuring observability with Prometheus/Grafana.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of DevOps/infrastructure engineering experience.
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker) and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Hands-on with Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain IaC with Terraform, Pulumi, and Ansible using GitOps and automated validation.
• Deploy and operate Kubernetes clusters optimized for AI/ML workloads with GPU scheduling and container security.
• Develop secure CI/CD pipelines with SAST/DAST, vulnerability scanning, and secrets management.
• Support MLOps infrastructure initiatives including model deployment automation and lifecycle management.
• Implement observability and monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Enforce IAM, encryption, network segmentation, and compliance automation best practices.
• Participate in incident response, reliability improvements, postmortems, and disaster recovery planning.
• Develop reusable infrastructure modules, runbooks, architecture documentation, and standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on DevOps practices and infrastructure design.

Requirements

• Requires 1–3 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, software engineering, or a related technical role.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized application environments; Kubernetes exposure is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience or familiarity with Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.
• Experience with or willingness to learn AWS, Azure, or GCP, including compute, networking, and managed services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
• Basic programming or scripting experience with Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, observability, cloud security, identity, permissions, and access management.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.
• Preferred exposure to Kubernetes, other container orchestration technologies, Infrastructure as Code, multi‑cloud or hybrid environments, AI/ML or MLOps infrastructure, edge computing, distributed systems, cloud cost optimization, or service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.
• Relevant entry‑level or associate certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect – Associate, Azure Fundamentals, or Terraform Associate are preferred.
