Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager, you will nurture high‑net‑worth client relationships, understand their aspirations, and offer bespoke solutions and tailored advice. You will empower clients to explore financial possibilities, collaborate closely with partners across business lines, and actively acquire new clients while deepening existing relationships to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Cultivate meaningful and enduring relationships with clients, delivering exceptional, personalized experiences that exceed expectations.
• Collaborate closely with clients to discern their unique needs and aspirations, crafting bespoke solutions that support their goals across short‑term, medium‑term, and long‑term horizons.
• Foster and deepen primary banking and lending relationships and facilitate the introduction of wealth‑management services.
• Present the full JPMorgan Private Client value proposition, attracting and nurturing client relationships while enhancing their experience with sophistication.
• Share insights on the economy and financial markets, fostering trust and earning clients’ business through informed guidance.
• Build a robust pipeline by acquiring new relationships and seeking opportunities to connect with potential clients and partners.
• Network and establish influential connections with referral sources and contacts outside the office to generate valuable opportunities.
• Develop internal partnerships across all business lines to address and fulfill clients’ unique needs with precision and expertise.
• Uphold a strong risk and controls environment by adhering to all policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years in financial services, including affluent or complex relationship management and business development.

• Strong high‑net‑worth referral network and proven success in building trusted client relationships.
• Ability to solve complex financial challenges and present innovative solutions with astute financial acumen.

• Minimum licensing: SIE exam, FINRA Series 7, and FINRA Series 66 (or 63 & 65). Unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMorgan’s program within 150 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary of $150,000 per year with eligibility for a bi‑annual incentive compensation plan. Additional benefits include comprehensive health care coverage, retirement savings plans, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, financial coaching, and more.

Legal and Regulatory Requirements

Position requires compliance with the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, Dodd Frank, Truth‑in‑Lending Act, and SAFE Act of 2008. Candidates must obtain National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration and maintain compliance with related obligations.
