As an Equity Options Solutions Associate you will support advisor coverage focused on helping HNW clients manage concentrated single‑stock exposures using listed equity options and other approved derivative and alternative solutions. • Communicate complex concepts (structure mechanics, risks, outcomes, assumptions, and limitations) in Advisor‑ and client‑ready language—both verbally and in writing
  • Provide leadership‑level support for pricing, execution guidance, trade structuring, and ongoing lifecycle management (rolls, expirations, assignment/exercise considerations) for U.S. equity options
  • Contribute to platform growth through thought leadership, best practices, and internal enablement (playbooks, training, templates) to improve Advisor fluency in concentrated equity risk management solutions
  • Prepare high‑quality analysis and client/advisor materials (e.g., pitch content, one‑pagers, talking points) and help enhance workflows through effective use of approved tooling (e.g., Excel/PowerPoint and AI‑enabled processes where permitted)
  • Ability to partner with internal strategists and cross desk partners to effectively collaborate and launch campaigns for proactive client engagement
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Minimum of 3+ years of prior experience in equity options (trading, structuring, or advisor‑facing coverage); equity trading experience
  • Demonstrated ability to apply options strategies to concentrated equity / covered equity use cases (e.g., collars, covered calls, protective puts/spreads) and explain outcomes under different market scenarios
  • Familiarity with broader tools to manage concentrated equity positions such as exchange funds, options/collared overlay strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in options modeling, greeks/risk concepts, scenario analysis, and translating analysis into actionable, compliant portfolio considerations
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to articulate complex derivative concepts clearly to non‑specialists and a range of stakeholders
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with high attention to detail
  • Self‑motivation and demonstration of initiative; proven ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, highly controlled environment
