Responsibilities

• Assist with resident assessments, activity planning, and maintaining activity profiles.
• Organize and facilitate a variety of recreational and social programs, including games, crafts, movies, parties, and special events.
• Encourage resident participation and engagement in activities that promote well-being.
• Support religious services, community celebrations, and other resident-focused programs.
• Collaborate with the Community Life Director to enhance and expand activity offerings.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve resident experiences and program effectiveness.
