Job summary

Lewis Clark Early Childhood Program (LCECP) is seeking a caring Assistant Teacher to join our classroom team. You will help with daily activities, support learning, and provide healthy meals and guidance to children.

We value teamwork, a warm classroom presence, and a commitment to child development. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm, with 40 hours per week over 37 weeks per year, offering full dental and health benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• CDA or 30 Early childhood education training hours required.
• Experience with children and families in early childhood settings.
• Willingness to pursue further education as needed to maintain skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting children and families with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Assist with preparing activities and lesson plans.
• Conduct health checks and delivery of health curriculum.
• Assist with potty training, including diaper changing.
