Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working with children ages 8 and under is required.
• Ballet or dance training with a solid understanding of technique.
• Confident and engaging teaching style that connects with young learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and parents.
• A patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely child-centered approach.
• 1+ year of dance teaching experience is required.
• Willingness to commute to Highlands Ranch, CO.

Responsibilities

• Teach ballet classes for students ranging from 6 months to 8 years old.
• Create a warm, encouraging classroom for every child.
• Deliver lessons aligned with Tutu School’s curriculum.
• Provide personalized guidance and feedback to students.
• Communicate with families about student progress.
• Participate in studio performances and events.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment.
