Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in West Lafayette seeks a Joy Creator to warmly greet guests, present NbC cake options, and help coordinate celebrations. You will educate customers on flavors and sizes, assist with event decor, and process orders with accuracy using the POS system.

Flex shifts including evenings and weekends are required to support events. Prior guest service experience is a plus; a friendly, energetic team player will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with basic arithmetic and cash handling.
• Proficient with POS systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and identify needs to ensure a superior experience.
• Educate guests on NbC cake options, sizes, flavors, pricing, and promotions.
• Upsell additional merchandise (balloons, candles, cards) for celebrations.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and invite to join Email Club.
• Maintain clean, organized bakery presentation and display case.
• Assist in cake decoration prep and packaging supplies as needed.
• Follow health, safety guidelines and NbC policies including dress code.
