Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring a Joy Creator to greet guests, help them choose the perfect cake for celebrations, and ensure orders are accurate and timely.

You’ll join a casual, friendly team with flexible schedules, employee discounts, and free uniforms, as you contribute to a joyful, community-focused bakery environment.

Training is provided to grow within the company and to become a local Cake Celebrity, spreading joy in the community.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; customer service minded.
• Ability to help guests order the right cake.

A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.
