Job summary

ServiceOne in Omaha is hiring a Journeyman Electrician to install, service, and repair residential electrical systems. You will set up calls, inspect wiring, and diagnose issues while ensuring compliance with safety codes.

This role requires a valid Journeyman Electrical License (Lincoln registration), at least 2 years of residential experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently with multiple tasks. Must have a valid Driver’s License and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license required, Lincoln registration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential electrical services.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and safety procedures.

What You Will Bring:

• Journeyman Electrical License, registered in Lincoln.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential electrical services.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and safety procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
