Qualifications

• 3+ years as a journeyman electrician in industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical codes.
• Experience with testing tools (multimeters, megohmmeters, circuit analyzers).

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems per codes.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system functionality.
• Read blueprints and schematics to perform installations and repairs.
• Service motors, generators, transformers, and control systems.
• Follow safety protocols including LOTO and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other trades.

KeyResponsibilities

Qualifications

EducationandCertification

Experience

• 3+yearsofexperienceasaJourneymenelectricianinanindustrialenvironment.
• Proficiencywithindustrialelectricalsystems,includinghigh-voltageequipment,PLCs(ProgrammableLogicControllers),andmotorcontrols.

SkillsandAbilities

• StrongknowledgeoftheNationalElectricalCode(NEC).
• Abilitytouseelectricaltestingtoolssuchasmultimeters,megohmmeters,andcircuitanalyzers.
• Skilledindiagnosingandrepairingcomplexelectricalissues.
• Proficiencyincabletermination,includingpreparing,splicing,andconnectingwirestopanels,switches,andotherequipmentwithprecisionandaccuracy.
• Proficiencyincablepulling,includingrunningandsecuringelectricalcablesthroughconduits,trays,andindustrialsystems.
