Job summary

CCC Concepts Inc is seeking a motivated Skilled Laborer / Journeyman to join our San Diego team. This hands-on role requires pride in quality craftsmanship and the ability to work on active job sites across multiple trades.

Ideal candidates have journeyman-level experience, can read blueprints, and are proficient with common tools. A valid license, strong work ethic, and safety focus are essential; English/Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level experience in a skilled trade (construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or related field).
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and relevant trade equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled trade work in waterproof coatings, roofing systems, concrete form to finish, rough framing & carpentry, painting & caulking, stucco and building envelope.
• Work independently and as part of a crew on active job sites.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow tradespeople.
