Job summary

Tradesmen International is hiring Journeyman Sheet Metal Technicians for projects in the Natick, MA area on first shift. Pay is $33-35/hour based on experience and skill level, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include selecting sheet metal, measuring, hanging and fabricating ductwork, drilling, installing and trimming duct systems on site or in shop. CT license and basic PPE required.

Qualifications

• Must have CT License.
• Knowledge of spiral and square duct.
• Basic Tools for the Trade.
• Proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Select types of sheet metal according to building or design plans
• Measure and mark dimensions and reference lines on metal sheets
• Hang & Fabricate Ductwork
• Drill holes in metal for screws, bolts, and rivets
• Install & cut metal sheets with supportive frameworks
• Fabricate or alter parts at construction sites
• Maneuver and anchor large sheet metal parts
• Fasten seams or joints by welding, bolting, riveting, or soldering
• Fabrication On-Site or in Shop
• Set Hangers
• Trim, Fit, Hang and Seal Ductwork
