Pape’ Machinery, Inc. – Construction & Forestry Division, Oahu, HI, is seeking a Journeyman Service Technician to diagnose and repair heavy diesel equipment in the field and in the shop. This role supports our customers and keeps equipment running at peak uptime.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

As our Service Technician, you will work on all makes and models of construction equipment both in the field and in the shop ensuring equipment repairs are done accurately and timely, all in an effort to support our customers and maximize their uptime. Being a Journeyman technician, we will count on you when a tough job needs to get done.

What You Need

• 5 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing all brands of heavy diesel equipment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self-motivation and
• Ability to work under little or no supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record. Class B CDL preferred.
• Must provide own tools.
  
  

Compensation: $32.98-49.47/hr (Depending on Experience)
