Lowe Plumbing Service in Claremore, OK is hiring a full-time Journeyman Service Plumber to join our growing team. You will handle residential service calls, communicate clearly with clients, and deliver high-quality work that meets code requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma journeyman license is required.
• Experience installing fixtures (toilets, water heaters, sinks, faucets, etc.).
• Ability to learn/use field management software.

Responsibilities

• Go on residential service calls and show up on time.
• Explain service options and build estimates; gain client approval before work.
• Repair plumbing systems, replace fixtures, install equipment, and clean drains; ensure code compliance.
• Collect payments and send invoices; maintain a presentable truck and tool organization.

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING A JOURNEYMAN SERVICE PLUMBER

THE SCHEDULE:

You currently work from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is available, and some on-call may be required on weekends in the future as we continue to grow.

YOUR ROLE:

You're responsible for going on residential service calls and showing up on time. Always polite and professional, you speak with clients, answer questions, and deliver excellent customer service. You explain service options, use ServiceTitan to build estimates, and gain the client's approval before getting to work. As you repair plumbing systems, replace fixtures, install equipment, and clean drains, you complete quality work that meets state and city codes. When the job is done, you collect payments and send invoices. You maintain a presentable appearance and a well-organized work truck, supporting our reputation for excellence and professionalism!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Oklahoma journeyman license
• Experience installing fixtures like toilets, water heaters, sinks, faucets, etc.
• Ability to use or learn our field management system
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and service systems without supervision
• Ability to work independently, take accountability, and complete high-quality work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Desire to learn more and build on existing skills
• Self-starter attitude with a motivation to meet goals
• Valid driver's license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Plumbing service experience
• Customer-facing experience
• Estimate building experience
