RESTORATION & PROTECTIVE SOLUTIONS is seeking a Sandblaster for our Punta Gorda, FL site in a fast-paced construction environment. You will operate abrasive blasting machines in confined spaces, follow safety protocols, and work with a team to meet daily production goals.

Requirements include 1 year of industrial experience and a high school diploma (preferred). We offer a 401(k), paid time off, and vision insurance with hourly pay between $18 and $25.

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Sandblaster to join our team in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining a safe work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. We higher within the company and always want our employees to succeed and do better and help the company grow.

Duties

• Training will be provided by direct Supervisor
• Working with Confined Spaces with abrasive blasting machines and sand blasters.
• Follow safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Skills

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the shift.
