Ideal Roofing Waterproofing is seeking an experienced Journeyman Roofer to join our Field Operations team. You will work on commercial and industrial roofing projects across TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and coatings, performing installation, leak diagnostics, and corrective repairs.

This full-time, field-based role emphasizes craftsmanship, safety, and reliability. You will contribute to high-quality workmanship on diverse projects while adhering to company standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Experience with multiple roofing systems and installation techniques.
• Strong diagnostic ability for leak detection and problem-solving.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, cold-applied systems, Modified Bitumen, roof coatings, and shingles/tiles.
• Identify roof leaks and perform diagnostic inspections.
• Perform quality repairs and corrective actions.
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a field crew.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites as needed.
• Follow safety standards and company protocols at all times.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
