Job summary

AMERI-CANS is seeking a Plumber Technician to design, install, audit, and troubleshoot temporary water and waste systems at construction sites, supporting trailers and jobsite infrastructure.

The role requires 3–7 years of plumbing experience, licensing (or ability to obtain), and knowledge of PVC/ABS/PEX piping, insulation, heat trace, and safety compliance. Strong field communication with supervisors and maintenance teams is essential.

Qualifications

• State-issued Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred or ability to obtain.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.
• Backflow Prevention Certification.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up temporary water and waste systems for construction trailers.
• Ensure proper system layout, slope, insulation, heat trace, and secure connections.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair water and waste systems (leaks, pressure, blockages).
• Audit installations for quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Train and guide Operations/Maintenance teams on plumbing practices.
