Job summary

Will’s Plumbing & Heating is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for residential and light commercial clients. You’ll deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service while maintaining safety and code compliance.

The role offers year-round work with a base hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses and uncapped earning potential, plus benefits and a company truck.

Qualifications

Valid Journeyman Plumber license.
Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Assemble, install, maintain, and test plumbing systems including water, drainage, gas, and heating systems.
Diagnose plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and system failures, and perform necessary repairs.
Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, water heaters, and related equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory; ensure job sites are clean and safe.
