Job summary
West Shore Home is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to support installation teams in Andover/Franklin, MA. You will apply code knowledge, perform on-site inspections, and help ensure high-quality installations while maintaining safety.
You will collaborate with the Master Plumber and Installation Managers, keep licenses current, and participate in ongoing training. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay, health and retirement benefits, and growth opportunities within a nationwide
Qualifications
- Active MA/CT/RI journeyman license in good standing for the designated territory.
- Desire to develop other team members and lead by example.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-focused mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a smartphone for required logins.
Responsibilities
- Assist Master Plumber with emergency response, service calls, and job site inspections during normal business hours.
- Support installation quality by conducting on-site inspections, reviewing permits, and completing pre-installation assessments.
- Partner with Installation Managers and Master Plumber to train and develop Installation teams.
- Stay up to date on plumbing codes and company installation processes; participate in ongoing training.
