Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in commercial plumbing preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment plumbing exam.
• Experience with copper, PVC and cast-iron installations.
• Experience with refrigerant piping and medical gas preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, inspecting, and recording for all rough-in installations as required by codes and project specs.
• Install all plumbing systems and products per code, specifications, submittals, and contract documents.
• Coordinate own tasks with a specific range of responsibilities under established procedures.
• Promote a positive learning environment and mentor apprentices on site.
• Maintain tools and equipment in serviceable condition and ensure safe work practices.
