Job summary

Hiller is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our Plumbing Department across projects including service, maintenance, and installation. You'll work with a team to deliver quality results by following applicable codes and company standards.

The role emphasizes customer communication, problem solving, and the ability to explain options to customers. A Journeyman License, Gas License, and a valid driver's license are required, with experience in installation and maintenance preferred.

Qualifications

Experience preferred in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse plumbing service issues.
Journeyman License and Gas License required.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Create a positive customer experience by completing service calls correctly and to code standards.
Perform service, maintenance, and installation tasks as assigned by the Plumbing Department.
Adjust, repair, replace sewage and sump pumps as needed.
Communicate benefits of Club Memberships and upsell where appropriate.
Complete required documentation and collect payments as directed.
Perform plumbing inspections and tests to ensure proper operation.
