CBH Homes (Redline Plumbing division) is seeking a Journeyman Plumber for residential new construction in Nampa, Idaho. Join a growing team building homes from the ground up and contribute hands-on plumbing expertise to every phase of the build.

You will lead a crew, install rough-ins, and ensure code compliance while mentoring newer installers. Expect steady work with room to grow within the Redline Plumbing division of CBH Homes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on plumbing field experience (rough-in residential preferred).
• Ability to lead a crew and keep jobs moving on schedule.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, layouts, and code basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew on site and keep residential projects on schedule.
• Perform plumbing rough-ins and installations for new homes.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and best practices.
• Mentor and train newer installers on the team.

Redline Plumbing, the newest division of CBH Homes (Idaho's #1 home builder), is growing — and we're looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our construction crew.

This is residential new construction, so you'll be working in homes from the ground up and seeing your work come together throughout the build. We're looking for someone who knows the trade, takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work, and can get the job done right.

You'll be part of a growing team with steady work, competitive pay, and plenty of opportunity to grow as Redline continues to build.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong hands-on plumbing field experience (rough-in residential preferred)
• Ability to lead a crew and keep jobs moving on schedule
• Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, layouts, and code basics
• Comfortable training and mentoring newer installers
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50-100 lbs and work 8-10 hr days
• Dependable, organized, and a take-charge team player
