NOCO Energy Corp. is seeking a Journeyman Plumber Installer to perform residential and/or commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in Tonawanda, NY. The role emphasizes safe, efficient work and adherence to codes and company standards.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of plumbing experience, a Journeyman license, strong blueprint-reading ability, and excellent customer service skills. On-site work with potential on-call responsibilities is included.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Plumbing Technician or Installer.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (CDL preferred not required).

Responsabilidades

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, water lines, drainage systems, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to complete plumbing installations accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with supervisors, dispatch, and other team members to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
• Lead and support apprentices and helpers on job sites by providing guidance, training, and oversight.
• Ensure all required materials, tools, and equipment are available and organized prior to beginning work.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and determine appropriate repair or installation solutions.
• Maintain compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company policies and procedures.
• Promote and model safe work practices at all times, including proper PPE usage, safe driving, and job site safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding work being completed, timelines, and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, service records, and material usage information.
• Keep work areas, vehicles, and equipment clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Participate in an on-call rotation including weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Support team productivity and contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

The Journeyman Plumber Installer is responsible for performing residential and/or commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable codes and company standards. This role works independently and alongside team members to install plumbing systems, troubleshoot issues, maintain high-quality workmanship, and provide excellent customer service throughout each project.

What You Will Do

What You Will Nee
