Walmart Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Plumber, Facility Services, to maintain the safety, functionality, and appearance of Walmart facilities across locations.

You will diagnose and repair plumbing issues, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards while coordinating with management and contractors. You will respond to emergencies, document activities, and support continuous improvement within the facilities services team.

Competenze

• Valid state-issued driver’s license required and able to pass MVR.
• 2 years’ plumbing trade experience required.
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber in good standing.
• License in related trade in city/state of work.

The role involves collaborating with management and contractors to support facility operations, responding promptly to emergencies, and documenting all maintenance activities. The Journeyman Plumber contributes to sustaining a safe and efficient work environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the facility services team.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in plumbing and facility maintenance, including preventive maintenance and repair of equipment and fixtures.
• Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Skilled in operating hand and power tools, hoists, and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
• Strong documentation skills for maintenance activities, work orders, and expense tracking.
• Capability to respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with management and contractors.

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00**The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
