Job summary

ERMC Aviation is seeking a Plumbing Technician to install, repair, and maintain plumbing for water distribution and wastewater at the airport. The role involves coordinating with other trades and adhering to ERMC SOPs to ensure project completion.

You will review building plans, work with restroom fixtures, water heaters, and underground piping, and must be able to obtain necessary security credentials and work nights, weekends, and holidays. A valid US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Experience reading building plans and specifications to determine plumbing layouts.
• Experience installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures including restrooms, drinking fountains, and pipes for water and sewage.
• Experience installing water heaters and conditioners.
• Experience installing plumbing fixtures and trim such as sinks, showers, and toilets.
• Experience with water treatment equipment, piping, and controls.
• Experience with underground storm and sanitary piping systems and sewer/drain clearing.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions and in small spaces.
• Able to obtain security clearances after background check.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Read/write/speak/understand English.

Job description

ERMC Aviation is seeking a Plumbing Technician. The selected candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Installed, repaired, and maintained plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal at the Airport.
• Repair and maintenance of all Terminal plumbing systems and working in cooperation with other trades and laborers to ensure that all specifications and policies are met, ensuring efficient completion of any projects in accordance with Airport tenants and ERMC standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience in reviewing building plans and specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials.
• Experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining public and non-public restrooms, potable water cabinets, drinking fountains, as well as pipes for carrying water and sewage.
• Experience installing, repairing, and maintaining water heaters and conditioners
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining sinks, showers, and toilets, as well as plumbing fixtures, appliances, and trim.
• Experience installing, repairing, and maintaining water treatment equipment, piping, and controls.
• Experience installing, repairing, and maintaining underground storm sanitary and water piping systems, as well as clearing clogged sewers and drains.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Completing
