Steve’s Plumbing & Heating, a trusted residential plumbing and heating provider in Central Wisconsin, seeks a Journeyman plumber for year-round residential service calls in the Wisconsin Rapids area. You will diagnose, repair, and install water heaters and fixtures, communicating clearly with homeowners and managing a daily schedule.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates moving to Wisconsin Rapids.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman plumbing license or the ability to obtain one.
• At least 3 years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential plumbing service calls.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install water heaters, plumbing fixtures, piping systems, and related equipment.
• Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners.
• Organize and manage daily service schedule and appointments.

This opportunity gives you year round work, a local service area, and a team that values quality plumbing and great customer service.

What You’ll Get

• Earn $38 to $50 per hour, based on experience.

• Production pay opportunities.

• $5,000 sign on bonus.

• Receive $2,500 after 6 months of active employment.

• Receive an additional $2,500 after 12 months of active employment.

• Full time schedule, typically 40 to 45 hours per week.

• Monday through Friday schedule.

• Optional overtime opportunities.
