Crystal Water Plumbing is seeking a Journeyman Plumber in Maryland to independently install, repair, and maintain a wide range of plumbing and gas systems. This position covers service calls and contract projects, with emphasis on safety, codes, and customer satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will have 2–3 years of plumbing experience, the Maryland Journeyman license (or ability to obtain), strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

• Maryland Journeyman Plumber license required or ability to obtain.
• 2–3 years' plumbing experience in service and/or contract work.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Install, repair, and maintain piping, fixtures, water heaters, boilers, gas lines, and related systems.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs for contract jobs.
• Ensure work complies with local codes and SOPs.
• Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and supervisors.
• Complete accurate job docs and reports using Field Pulse or similar software.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
• Train and mentor apprentices or less experienced team members as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotation.
• Attend trainings and safety meetings.

Position Overview

As a Journeyman Plumber, you will independently perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of plumbing and gas systems. You'll work both on service calls and contract projects, ensuring all work meets company standards, local codes, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain piping, fixtures, water heaters, boilers, gas lines, and related plumbing systems.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for contract jobs.
