Job summary

Renuity, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join our growing national team. You will interpret blueprints, map layouts for pipes and drainage, install pipes and fixtures, and ensure installations meet codes and quality standards.

You will bring a valid Journeyman license and 5+ years of experience, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills to service projects across a expanding national footprint. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman plumbing license required in posted state.
• 5+ years of technical/trade experience.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing maintenance and repairs, and safety standards.
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
• Installs pipes and fixtures; assembles fittings and valves; modifies length as needed for installations.
• Performs inspections of plumbing systems to ensure quality and code compliance, identifying worn or damaged parts.

About the Role

• Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.

• Installs pipes and fixtures; assembles fittings and valves; and modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for installations and services.

• Performs inspections of plumbing systems to ensure quality control, adherence to all relevant codes, and to identify and replace any worn or damaged parts.

Key Qualifications

• Current and valid Journeyman Plumbing License in Posted State is required.

• Previous technical and trade experience (5+ years).

• In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems, as well as construction industry safety standards and procedures.

• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal competence on a technical level.

• Excellent troubleshooting and time-management skills.

• Valid drivers license.
