Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship, trade school, or equivalent on-the-job training.
• Valid state-issued Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber license/card or valid plumbing license from a major municipality.
• At least 5 years of plumbing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation to assigned job sites.
• Ability to work off-hours and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Arriving at determined job sites on time and in proper condition to perform physical work.
• Effectively take direction and ability to react to dynamic work environment.
• Thorough understanding of the safe operation of mechanic position tooling.
• Physical installation of industrial piping, mechanical equipment, and systems.
• Effective communication with supervisor on project regarding productivity, scheduling, and safety issues.
• Maintain clean work area
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Install, repair, and replace various commercial systems
