How you’ll contribute to the team:

As a Journeyman Pipefitter, you’ll:

• Fabricate, install, and maintain complex piping systems for various mechanical applications, including high-pressure process piping.
• Design and lay out work, read and interpret blueprints, and develop detailed work plans.
• Train and supervise apprentices, providing guidance and feedback on their progress.
• Operate tools and equipment, perform heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs), and ensure work areas and tools are organized and maintained.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and cooperation on all job sites.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Adaptability to changing job site conditions and the ability to collaborate with other contractors.
• A professional appearance and demeanor.
• Your own hand tools and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

How you’ll qualify:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in pipefitting for mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated skills in high-pressure and precision piping systems.
• Relevant state and city pipefitting licenses and certifications.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Leadership experience, including supervising and training apprentices.

• Significant physical activity, including climbing, balancing, lifting up to 100 lbs, and working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work on uneven surfaces and maintain stamina, strength, and coordination throughout demanding projects.
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship in every task.
