Job summary

Feldkamp Mechanical in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an experienced Journeyman Pipefitter to install, maintain, and repair piping systems for commercial and industrial projects. You will work with boiler piping, steam, condensate, hydronic, and process piping, upholding quality workmanship and site safety.

The role requires reading blueprints, laying out, fitting, and testing piping, plus collaboration with project teams to complete work safely and on schedule.

Position Summary

Feldkamp Mechanical is seeking an experienced Journeyman Pipefitter to install, maintain, and repair piping systems for commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with boiler piping, steam, condensate, hydronic, and process piping systems and be committed to quality workmanship and job site safety.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and repair piping systems and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Layout, cut, fit, and install piping according to project specifications.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot piping systems.
• Perform boiler piping and related mechanical work.
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience as a Pipefitter in commercial, industrial, or HVAC environments.
• Strong knowledge of steam, condensate, hydronic, and process piping systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
