NSI requires a Journeyman Operations Research Analyst/Project Scheduler to support the APSD team. The scheduler will provide IGS support for the APSD team, including developing, baselining, maintaining, and analyzing networked Integrated Government Schedules (IGSs). Responsibilities include responding to ad-hoc scheduling requests, managing 3-4 project schedules for medium-sized efforts and small IGS projects, and integrating activities across multiple IPTs and external stakeholders into IGSs. The role involves communicating effectively with IPT leads, team members, and leadership to develop, update, and review schedules, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
Candidate should have experience in building complex schedules that capture program requirements, establishing and maintaining baselines reflecting the project critical path, and conducting critical path analysis and scenario planning. Facilitating schedule assessments like Deep-Dives and Scrubs is also required. Tools used include Microsoft Project and One Pager Pro.
Lexington Park, MD / On-site with situational telework available.
BS or BA degree preferred. Allowable substitution: AA/AS degree with 8+ years of experience or a high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in networked schedule development, critical path method, baseline and status updates using milestones, tasks, durations, lead/lag, and other schedule data points. Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word is required.
Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
