JP Cullen, based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is seeking tradespeople at the Journeywoman/Journeyman level, including masons, bricklayers, and mason tenders. The ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work and teamwork while seeing daily progress in their projects.
Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to quality standards and effective communication within teams, along with performing physical labor safely. Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience in the industry, following union guidelines. Compensation is managed through union agreements.

All compensation and benefits for this position are administered through the employee’s union affiliation, in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Specific details regarding salary, health benefits, retirement plans, and other entitlements will be provided by the union.
