Responsibilities

• Follow Cullen policies and quality standards per QMS.
• Perform quality work safely, efficiently and effectively.
• Complete physical labor as directed by supervisor.
• Follow building plans.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
• Wear appropriate clothing for construction work.
• Be at workstation on time for start and after breaks.
• Have the appropriate tools for your work.
• Participate in Operational Planning Process.
• Communicate with team members.
