Job Summary

Applicants must be certified Forming Journeymen Operators. Verification is required. The primary responsibility is to operate forming machines to produce high-quality glassware efficiently.

Main Position Responsibilities:

• Swab molds and equipment as needed, oil moving parts, and perform regular checks on finished ware.
• Inspect finished products for quality and proper dimensions, and identify causes of defects.
• Adjust machine settings such as air pressure, timing devices, and other equipment to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Report malfunctions, defective products, and equipment issues to supervisors.
• Assist with mold and machine changes, and help resolve production issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols.

Employee Qualifications:
