Job summary

Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. (Elliot) is seeking a Journeyman Lineman to perform installation, construction, maintenance and repair of overhead electric distribution lines.

This position is based in Cloverdale, Virginia, with work in multiple locations across the state. Candidates should have a valid Class A CDL and medical card recommended, 3 years of experience required and 4+ years preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license and medical card recommended.
• 2) 3 years of experience required.
• 4) 4+ years of experience recommended.
• 5) Valid driver's license required.
• 6) Own your own hand tools.
• 7) Advanced understanding of electrical distribution systems.
• 8) Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install, construct, maintain, and repair overhead electric distribution lines.
• Work across multiple locations within Virginia, based in Cloverdale, VA.
