Job summary

PacifiCorp is seeking journeyman linemen for an onsite role in Yreka, CA. The position requires a CDL, Journeyman Lineman certification or testing through IBEW Local 659, and completion of a formal Journeyman Lineman training program. A post-offer physical capacity screening is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
• Journeyman Lineman certification or testing through IBEW Local 659 is required.
• Completion of a formal Journeyman Lineman training program is required.
• Must meet examining board review of skills and experience.
• Formal hot stick training and experience is required.
• Post-offer, pre-placement physical capacity screening will be conducted by a licensed physical therapist.

Responsibilities

• Meet the qualifications as set forth and supply proof of experience and knowledge to the Union and the Company.
• Perform Equipment Operations duties as per Section 15.37.
