Role Description

This is a full-time, new construction on-site Journeyman Plumber role located in Paso Robles, CA, requiring both office and field work. The role includes understanding plumbing installations, drawings, diagnostics, maintenance, on both residential and commercial systems. In the field, the Journeyman Plumber will lead crews, assign tasks, ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, and provide technical guidance and training to newer team members. In the office, responsibilities include reviewing work orders, planning jobs, coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, documenting completed work, and supporting project estimates. The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with an ability to represent the company professionally on job sites and in the office.

Qualifications
