Job summary

American National Insulation in West Sacramento, CA is seeking a Journeyman to apply insulation, plaster, sealer and spray materials across local job sites. You will follow blueprints, measure, cut, and fit products to specifications while upholding safety standards.

Daily duties include loading trucks, inspecting equipment, reporting concerns, and supporting team members on diverse projects. This safety-sensitive role requires 18+ and a valid driver's license, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid drivers’ license is required.

Responsibilities

• Install products as allowed by associated collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement.
• Understand blueprints and sketches. Measure, shape, and cut materials to specified measurements.
• Insulate, spray, plaster, trowel, seal, cover, wrap, staple, glue and fit insulating/sealant/foam/materials.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned per the CBAs.
