F.H. Furr is actively seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join a trusted brand serving the DMV area.

The role offers a signing bonus up to $10,000 plus a $10,000 Journeyman annual bonus and a strong, performance-based earning potential from $75,000 to $150,000+ per year. You will diagnose, repair, tune-up, and upgrade residential HVAC systems, ensure code compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Active HVAC license (apprentice or journeyman) required.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• A commitment to delivering unmatched customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Valid driver’s license (21+)
