Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old; candidates 19 with a clean driving record may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.
• Operate hand and power tools to conduct maintenance and repairs.
• Educate customers on their systems and maintenance requirements.
• Document services performed and recommendations made.
• Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards.
