The ideal candidate has a valid Michigan HVAC license or Journeyman Card and at least 8 years of verifiable HVAC experience in commercial or industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Valid State of Michigan HVAC license OR recognized Journeyman Card.
• Minimum of 8 years of verifiable HVAC experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems across a large industrial campus.
• Work with boilers, chillers, cooling towers, heat recovery systems, pumps, fans, VFDs, and refrigeration equipment.
• Monitor and adjust HVAC and energy systems to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC issues using root cause analysis.
