Job summary

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Journeyman HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics in Laredo, TX to install and service refrigerant piping, DX and mini split systems on residential projects and portable classrooms. This is an immediate full-time/project-based opportunity with a 4–10 schedule (7am–5:30pm) including a 30-minute lunch, start ASAP.

Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of HVAC experience, safety-conscious mindset, and the ability to work on campus installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of HVAC experience.
• Experience with refrigerant piping, vacuum systems, DX systems and mini split systems.
• Copper brazing and refrigeration skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with refrigerant piping and vacuum refrigerant systems.
• Work with DX systems and mini split systems.
• Mini split start-up and commissioning.
• Assist with residential systems for portable classrooms on campus.

POSITION DETAILS
