BCT LLC seeks Journeyman Geolocation Operators to support real-time SIGINT missions from San Antonio, TX. This on-site role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, active certifications, and the ability to mentor junior operators on shift.

You will engage in both active and passive geolocation, participate in rotating shifts, and contribute to training resources while upholding BCT's values.

Qualifications

• Current certifications in basic operations, passive and active geolocation methods and technologies.
• Formal training and/or demonstrated proficiency in relevant foreign language(s).

BCT LLC is seeking qualified candidates for multiple Journeyman-level Geolocation Operator positions on a new 5-year contract in San Antonio, TX. The Journeyman Geolocation Operator India possesses certifications in multiple specialized, technical capabilities to provide direct mission support and mentorship for a 24/7, 365-day workforce. The candidate must have an active TS/SCI and a CI polygraph or higher to apply and be willing to sit for a Polygraph.

About The Job

The Journeyman Geolocation Operator will engage in direct, on-site, real-time operations utilizing certified skills and knowledge in both active and passive geolocation methodologies for real-world SIGINT missions. This position is also responsible for the mentoring and proficiency development of less experienced operators on shift and contributing to the tradecraft improvement of training resources. This position may require the assignment to work rotating shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Current certifications in basic operations, passive and active geolocation methods and technologies
• Possess formal training and/or demonstrated proficiency in relevant foreign language(s)

• Current or previous experience carrying out advanced geolocation operations within a multi-technology domain

Salary Range

$94,500-114,500

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, BCT-LLC considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
