Qualifications

• Journeyman license required; 5+ years experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of commercial and residential electrical systems.
• Understanding of the NEC and local codes.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan new or modified installations per specifications and codes.
• Prepare sketches or follow blueprints for wiring layouts.
• Install and test wiring, conduit, fixtures and control equipment.
• Oversee apprentices and maintain tools.
• Travel to job sites as needed inside the Sioux Falls area.
• Promote safety and teamwork; respond to emergencies when required.
