Paschal Home Services, LLC in Springfield, MO, is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our team. You will install, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in customers’ homes and businesses, ensuring safety and code compliance.

You’ll mentor Apprentices, maintain detailed documentation, and communicate clearly with clients while upholding our service standards. A valid electrical license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of electrical code and safety practices.
• Ability to explain technical information to clients.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to supervise Apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Report to customers’ homes and businesses on time with required knowledge.
• Educate customers on system use and maintenance; suggest improvements.
• Install, troubleshoot and repair/replace wiring, outlets, fixtures, panels.
• Use electrical hand-tools, saws, drills and testing equipment.
• Determine service requirements applying technical skills and standards.
• Maintain safe working conditions and personal safety.
• Supervise and mentor Apprentice Electricians.
• Document outcomes of every work order in detail.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
